Last Saturday at Donostia a couple was arrested by an Ertzaintza police officer. The man is 28 and the woman is 51.Both are foreigners and are suspects of casino fraud by using cloned credit cards and fake ids.

According to the information collected by the Police Department the two suspects had used the fake credit cards in some other cities, like Madrid, Alicante and Sevilla. According to the detectives, the fraud could reach €5,000.

These events took place last Saturday morning, when Casino employees discovered that the credit cards used by the suspects were false. The Police obtained seven additional fake credit cards and ids from the suspects. Detectives also discovered that the suspects had fake passports.

The Police was able to demonstrate that at least one of the credit cards used at the Casino was also used in a store in Alicante, were the suspects spent €1,000. The suspects are under arrest charged with swindle and possession of fake ids.
